Quick Reminder of all the documents needed in the DGCA form

Computer Number (P-_______)
Demand Draft ( POA , DGCA , MCA New Delhi – 500/subject)
Attested copy of logbook
10 + 2 certificates
Attested Copy of FAA CPL
Last page of logbook containing summary of total flight time certified by CFI and page should have the name and date of birth of the pilot/pilot trainee (?)
Attestation of last page
